The practice takes place once a week and starts off with a short pranayama (breathing) exercise followed by a led flow practice.

Classes take place once a week from ~ noon to 1/1.15 pm in the IRCM Atrium (1st floor). Days are subject to change, and the latest dates and updates will be posted below. If the weather permits, in late Spring and early Summer some classes will be held in Parc Mont-Royal!
Blocks, Belts, and Blankets are stored in a closet just inside the entrance to the library (on the left). Please take one of each before the start of the class.
