The practice takes place twice a week and starts off with a short pranayama (breathing exercise) followed by a led flow practice.

Classes take place once a week from ~ noon to 1/1.15 pm in the IRCM Atrium (1st floor). Days are subject to change, and the latest dates and updates will be posted below. If the weather permits, in late Spring and Summer some classes will be held in Parc Mont-Royal!
Blocks, Belts, and Blankets are stored in Closet 1726, which will be unlocked just before class.
