The practice takes place once a week and starts off with a short pranayama (breathing) exercise followed by a led flow practice.

Classes take place on Tuesdays (unless otherwise noted in the schedule below) from ~ noon to ~1 PM in the IRCM Atrium (1st floor).
Days are subject to change – dates in brackets are tentative, and updates will be posted below.
Blocks, Belts, and Blankets are stored in a closet just inside the entrance to the library (on the left). Please take one of each before the start of the class.
The maximum number of participants per class is 12 and participants have to be at least 1 meter apart. Masks do not have to be worn on the mat, but have to be worn off the mat. Thanks!
